The conversion is unique visits to the website motivated through receiving the market message through our paid, earned, and owned media. Because Nuggets needs to increase its awareness and consideration, it is important to measure the forumlation and pre-commerce stages of the customer journey.

 

Can we set benchmarks or baselines?

Social media followers and website users up by 25%. Unique visitors to 100,000. Online purchases up by 20%. 

 

What frequency do we recommend the metrics be reviewed and assessed? How long will the measurement plan be conducted?

Once per month for 6 months to 1 year, or until the implementation of a campaign with a greater budget.
